Overview
Project Managers oversee the process of entire projects from initiation and design to construction and occupation/use, planning and managing tasks on an ongoing basis and representing the interests of the client. They bring together the right resources at the right time to ensure successful completion of projects.
How do I get into this role?
Project Managers may hold a relevant degree, or bring experience from roles in quantity surveying, construction management or other industries. Many will work towards professional certification with the RICS or the Chartered Institute of Building.
