Contracts Managers are concerned with the commercial and legal aspects of projects, and focus on developing, agreeing and monitoring contracts for the services provided. They are often a main point of contact and coordination for clients, project managers and onsite staff.
How do I get into this role?
Some employers may require a relevant degree, however Contracts Managers are more likely to require experience of site management, detailed knowledge of health and safety and other legislation and familiarity with contract management.
